Terms of Purchase:
UK Theatre Tickets Gift Vouchers are exchangeable for any West End show available
through UK Theatre Tickets. Gift Vouchers are available in denominations of £25,
and can be used for either full or part payment.
Gift Vouchers can be redeemed by phone on 020 8429 7456 - our call centre is open
6 days a week at the following times:
Mon-Sat 9.00am-8.00pm
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours (Monday-Friday) by special delivery. Any
orders taken over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.
If the tickets cost more than the value of your Gift Vouchers, you can make the
additional payment using your credit/debit card.
London Theatre Gift Vouchers are valid for redemption for one year from the date
of issue.
Tickets purchased with Gift Vouchers must be done so at least 1 week before the
event.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
You will need to quote the unique reference number on the gift vouchers in order
to redeem them.
Gift Vouchers are not valid for bookings made through any of our affiliates and
cannot be used at any provider other than UK Theatre Tickets. They may not be redeemed
at the theatres or other venues directly.
