Love Never Dies casting changes revealed
Wednesday, 23 February 2011
The cast of Love Never Dies is set to change next month, with lead roles for Celia Graham and Haley Flaherty among the most prominent alterations.
Graham and Flaherty will interpret Christine and Meg Giry from March 7th onwards, with the young actresses taking over from Sierra Boggess and Summer Strallen respectively, according to Playbill.
The role of Christine in Love Never Dies is a logical progression for Graham, who previously performed as the same character for the staging of Phantom of the Opera at Her Majesty's.
Meanwhile, Flaherty recently finished touring Richard O'Brien's Rocky Horror Show, in which she played Janet Weiss.
The final major change to the Love Never Dies cast is the addition of David Thaxton as Raoul - the part up until now interpreted by Joseph Millson.
Thaxton has previously spent time as part of the Les Miserables ensemble cast and last year played Giorgio in Passion.
