Sheridan Smith to join Sienna Miller in West End play

It has been revealed that former Legally Blonde star Sheridan Smith is to join Sienna Miller in the cast of a forthcoming West End play.
Flare Path by Terrance Rattigan is to be revived at the Theatre Royal Haymarket between March 10th and June 4th 2011 and the two actresses will appear alongside Rome actor James Purefoy in the new adaptation.
The Daily Mail's Baz Bamigboye revealed last week that Miller was to take one of the lead roles in the Second World War drama, which tells the story of a love triangle between two RAF pilots and one of their wives.
It first ran in the West End in 1942 and there is also a film version for theatre fans to check out.
Smith is sure to be hoping her next West End venture is as successful as Legally Blonde, for which she received critical acclaim and a nomination for a 2011 Whatsonstage.com Award.
