Lauren Samuels Being in Grease is still really exciting

West End actress Lauren Samuels has said she really loves starring as Sandy in the West End production of Grease.
The former Over the Rainbow contestant, who came third in the competition, told BBC Leicester that she is finding the whole process really exciting.
"It still feels like my opening night every night … I simply cannot believe I am a leading lady in the West End," she enthused.
Samuels added that she feels very lucky to have been given such a great opportunity when times in the industry and in Britain as a whole are so tough.
However, she revealed that she was a little embarrassed when she first saw her outfit for the end of the musical, as it is more than a little skimpy.
Back in July 2010, Samuels told the Coventry Telegraph she was really nervous on her opening night, but was pleased to find that the audience members were all on their feet by the end.
