People with London theatre tickets to The 39 Steps will see plenty of moustaches
Wednesday, 17 November 2010
Anyone who buys London theatre tickets to The 39 Steps this month is sure to see lots of moustaches.
This is because the actors in the long-running West End musical have decided to join in with the annual Movember campaign, which encourages participants to grow facial hair for a good cause.
For every ticket sold to the play in November 2010, £3 will be given to the Prostate Cancer Charity.
The male members of the cast will also be dishing out tips on growing a 'tache and revealing their own stories via a special YouTube channel dedicated to the event.
Last month, it was revealed that The 39 Steps has got its own tribute at Legoland in Windsor, with a tiny replica of the Criterion Theatre now gracing a special London section of the theme park.
The 39 Steps is now in its fifth year in the West End and is a spoof of the Alfred Hitchcock film of the same name.
