Hurry to catch Sweet Charity in London's West End!
Wednesday, 27 October 2010
Keen theatregoers have been reminded that they only have just over a week to catch Sweet Charity in London's West End.
The musical posted closing notices last month and will finish at the Theatre Royal Haymarket on November 6th 2010.
It stars former EastEnders and Hotel Babylon actress Tamzin Outhwaite, who plays the eponymous heroine Charity Hope Valentine.
She dreams of finding true love, but always seems to end up with Mr Wrong as she lurches from one romantic disaster to the next.
Sweet Charity recently garnered a good review from the Orlando Sentinel's Matt Palm, who said he had really enjoyed the show.
Calling it a "fun night at the theatre", he praised Outhwaite and her co-star Mark Umbers, concluding that the musical is "worth rooting for".
It will be succeeded at the West End venue by The Rivals, which is a play starring To The Manor Born's Penelope Keith.
