Mamma Mia! is extended by seven months

The producers of hit West End show Mamma Mia! have announced that tickets for the prouction will now be available until at least October 22nd 2011.
This is an extension of seven months on the original booking period at the Prince of Wales Theatre and reflects the continuing popularity of the musical.
Mamma Mia! is based on the classic songs of Abba and tells the story of a young woman who is determined to discover the true identity of her father on the eve of her wedding day.
If features hits including Dancing Queen, Thank You for the music and of course, Mamma Mia.
In 2008, the show was adapted for the silver screen and the cinematic version starring Meryl Streep, Pierce Brosnan and Colin Firth received critical acclaim worldwide.
It moved from the Prince Edward Theatre where it made its debut in 1999 to the Prince of Wales Theatre in 2004 and has remained there ever since.
