Legally Blonde cast to release musical soundtrack

Anyone who has seen the hit West End musical Legally Blonde will soon be able to sing along to its songs at home.
A soundtrack - recorded live at the Savoy Theatre - is to be released on August 16th 2010, with cast members including Sheridan Smith available to sign it on August 21st at Dress Circle on Monmouth Street, London.
The album will feature songs like Omigod You Guys, Bend and Snap, So Much Better and Whipped Into Shape, all sung by the current actors Smith, Richard Fleeshman (Warner), Jill Halfpenny (Paulette), Aoife Mulholland (Brooke) and many more.
Meanwhile, it has also been revealed that the last Sunday performance of Legally Blonde will take place on September 5th 2010 to make way for Tuesday performances beginning on September 14th.
Rumours reported by WhatsonStage.com earlier this month which suggested that Smith is to leave the role of Elle this autumn have not yet been confirmed.
