A quirky play about deadly women could be making its debut in the West End soon, it has been rumoured.
According to WhatsonStage.com, the play - which is to open as part of the Camden Fringe on August 6th 2010 at Upstairs at the Gatehouse - may be set for a transfer to the heart of London's theatreland later this year.
Written by Israeli composer and lyricist Nadav D Wiesel, it features some of the world's deadliest women from throughout history, as well as the myths that have inspired the fictitious ones.
It is not yet known which venue Femme Fatale would travel to if it did make a transfer in the coming months, or if it would retain its current cast of actors.
A number of plays and musicals have recently transferred to London's West End from other venues with great success.
These include Jerusalem, Sweet Charity and Ghost Stories, which is currently bringing in excellent reviews at the Duke of York's Theatre.
