It will be the composer's 80th birthday this year and to mark the occasion, the stars of two of his musicals are to reunite for one-off performances.
The original cast of Merrily We Roll Along will head to the Queen's on Sunday October 31st 2010 for a matinee and an evening show that features some of its classic songs.
Meanwhile, Sunday November 7th 2010 will see the show tunes of Company get another airing, again with both a daytime and evening performance.
Sondheim has been a prolific composer and lyricist over the past six decades, winning more Tony Awards (eight) than any other composer.
His works include A Little Night Music, Sweeney Todd, A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Forum and the lyrics for West Side Story.
The concerts will not affect the running of Les Miserables at the same venue.
