She is well-known for being a perfectionist, so perhaps it should come as no surprise that Kylie Minogue wants to be heavily involved in her forthcoming greatest hits musical.
The Aussie diva told Black Book magazine that she is working together with her friend William Blake in order to decide how best to weave songs like Spinning Around and I Should Be So Lucky together.
"I would like to get a couple of writers involved. I think we'll probably co-direct it," she commented.
Back in May 2010, Kylie told the Sun that she is aiming high with the musical, which could come to the West End first.
"I think the benchmark is Mamma Mia!. That was really amazing," she remarked.
Kylie recently said she plans to have a big celebration soon to mark the fifth year she has been free from breast cancer.
The star was diagnosed with the disease in May 2005, shortly before she was due to headline at Glastonbury.
