Could Rock Around the Clock dance into the West End?
London theatre fans may be crossing their fingers for a West End showing of Rock Around the Clock.

Fans of jukebox musicals may be hoping that new show Rock Around the Clock arrives in the West End after finishing a UK tour.
It was recently revealed that former Emmerdale actress Roxanne Pallett is to star in the musical as it heads to cities such as Glasgow, Leeds and Newcastle later this year.
A musical tribute to the 1950s, it features hits from big names like Elvis Presley and Buddy Holly.
However, given that many of London's current productions began life as touring shows before settling in the West End, plenty of people will no doubt now be hoping it rocks into the capital soon.
Roxanne is no stranger to singing as well as acting, having competed in Soapstar Superstar in 2006 alongside Richard Fleeshman, who is now in Legally Blonde.
Nothing has yet been mentioned about Rock Around the Clock, so London theatre fans may want to get their fix of retro singing and dancing in the meantime by booking tickets to Dreamboats and Petticoats at the Playhouse Theatre.
