Former painter aims for We Will Rock You role
A Leith teenager hopes to go from painting houses to appearing in We Will Rock You.

A teenager from Leith who used to work as a painter and decorator has set his sights on a role in We Will Rock You in London's West End.
Fergal McGoff, 19, had been working on the house of a choreographer when he was persuaded to take up amateur dramatics, the Scotsman reports.
After discovering that he liked performing, the youngster decided to quit his decorating apprenticeship to pursue a career in the theatre.
He has now won a scholarship to London fame academy Bird College.
"Since September I've moved to London and it's just fantastic
Now, my dream is to be involved in We Will Rock You at the Dominion Theatre in the West End," Mr McGoff commented.
It was recently announced that tickets for We Will Rock You will now be on-sale until April 16th 2011, a six-month extension on the previous dates.
The show first opened in 2002.
