Love Never Dies 'is getting standing ovations so far'
A host of positive Love Never Dies reviews could be on the cards if the response so far is anything to go by.
Monday, 8 March 2010
Those theatregoers eagerly clutching their Love Never Dies tickets ready for tomorrow (March 9th 2010) may be pleased to hear that it has been getting a good response so far.
Ramin Karimloo, who plays the gruesome Phantom, said the audiences who have been attending the previews have received it well, giving it a standing ovation each time.
"Seeing that reaction after every performance is thrilling," he told the Guardian.
Karimloo also suggested that people who enjoy the film work of Tim Burton may want to give Love Never Dies a try, as some of the sets and costumes are reminiscent of the imaginative director.
Although no reviews will be given until after the official opening tomorrow night, Baz Bamigboye of the Daily Mail recently revealed that he had found it to be excellent, adding that Sierra Boggess as Christine "really knocks it out of the park".
Tickets for Love Never Dies at the Adelphi Theatre are available now.
