We are currently looking for a full time sales assistant to join our team. The role includes taking telephone bookings, dealing with client queries, processing online orders, all using our in-house database. It is a demanding role, which due to enormous amount of pricing structures, requires excellent maths skills, fast thinking, intelligence, memory and common sense. You will need to be able to process tens of online bookings a day while answering phone calls and converting them into sales.
Requirements:
-excellent English (speaking, writing, spelling, grammar) and telephone manner
-excellent maths skills, intelligence, memory and common sense, ability to learn and think fast
-ability to multi task in a fast-paced and high pressure environment -good and fast computer skills (esp. Word, Outlook)
-ability to work and find solutions on your own
-dedication and flexibility to work overtime at short notice and shifts are essential (you have to be available to work 6 days on a rota basis - different shifts Mon-Sat 9am-8pm)
-punctuality and excellent attendance is a must -you must be able to commit to at least 1 year
-immediate start required
